Upon request
Maximale Teilnehmer: 25
Gästeführer: Stefan Würdinger
Experience the “northernmost city of Italy” with its very special, Mediterranean flair! Join me, Stefan Würdinger, on an approximately 90-minute journey of discovery through my hometown of Regensburg.
From its ancient Roman origins to the vibrant present, I will show you the fascinating history of this extraordinary, nearly 2000-year-old city. Along our path through the UNESCO World Heritage Site—a title Regensburg has proudly held since 2006—we will discover the most significant historical treasures. The history-steeped Porta Praetoria, the venerable Stone Bridge, the Old Town Hall, and the lively Haidplatz are on the itinerary, as well as the impressive St. Peter's Cathedral.
In addition to the grand monuments, I will lead you through charming, winding alleys, to hidden courtyards, and past the mighty patrician houses that make the cityscape so unique. Get to know and perhaps fall in love with a city that breathes history while being full of modern life.
• Duration: Usually approx. 90 minutes
• Price: €105.00
• Note: Upon prior arrangement, I am very happy to customize the tour and its key focus areas to your individual wishes and interests.
I look forward to showing you my hometown!
