I offer bus accompaniment and full-day guiding from Munich to Prien am Chiemsee, creating a relaxed, well-structured experience for the guests. During the journey, I will introduce the history, culture, and landscapes of Bavaria, with a strong narrative focus on King Ludwig II.

On the Island (Herreninsel), guests will be able to join the official 40-minute palace tour. Afterwards I will provide interesting and relevant background information, making it easier to interpret what the guest has just seen, helping them truly understand Ludwig’s vision, symbolism, and contradictions.

This is followed by a guided tour through the Ludwig II. Museum and Ludwig’s gardens, where architecture, nature, and personality come together.

What makes this tour special is the layered storytelling:

- monastic life at the Chorherrenstift

- royal fantasy at Herrenchiemsee Palace (now a UNESCO World Heritage Site)

- modern history at the Augustinian Monastery (Old Castle), where the foundations of Germany’s Basic Law were laid in 1948.

- If desired, the tour can be extended to the idyllic Fraueninsel, with its Benedictine convent, artists’ workshops, and fishing traditions — and a glimpse of the tiny Krautinsel from the boat.
